7.2.7 California Debt Limit Allocation Committee Reports

Issuers that issue bonds using a private activity bond volume cap allocation (See Section 4.7.2.1, Volume Cap) must report the issuance of such bonds to the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) and must file annual reports with CDLAC certifying compliance with the terms of the CDLAC resolution granting the allocation.
